New Paris Tent Rentals is family owned and operated since 2006, offering excellent service and dependability with a personal touch. We offer tents, tables and chairs. We are committed to developing your plans within your budget, and we are dedicated to making your event a success! We have a great customer base with many repeat customers. We are constantly looking to improve and serve our customers with the concept of exceeding their expectations!
Things to consider when renting a tent:
How many guests are you expecting?
Will your guests be seated or standing?
Do you prefer round or banquet-style tables?
Will you need extra room for food tables, a dance floor, or other extra space needs?
Will your tent be setup on grass or on asphalt?
Tent Styles Available:
Frame tents consist of a vinyl top over a metal frame with no poles in the middle. Sizes are available starting at 10X10, up to 30X30. They must be anchored to the ground.
Pole tents consist of a vinyl top with perimeter poles and center poles. These tents are supported with ratcheting cables and require stakes in the ground. They are available in sizes from 30 X 30 up to 30 X 90, 40X40 up to 40 X 120, and 60X60 up to 60X100 (This tent also has quarter poles).
Our tents have sidewalls that are available in either a solid sidewall or sidewalls with cathedral windows.
Please Note: Utilities must be marked prior to tent installation/setup. You, the customer, is responsible for calling 811 to have utilities marked 4 days prior to your event. New Paris Tent Rentals is in no way responsible for any damages incurred during tent construction, setup or removal.
Note: Tent prices are for tent setup and take-down, 7% tax and delivery fee. Setting up tents on asphalt and tailgate delivery exceeding 50 feet will incur additional charges. Credit cards will incur a 3% additional fee.
